
Sylar removes Charlie's blood clot through her left eye, saving her life, but Charlie is horrified by what Hiro tells Sylar of his future and that he'd save her instead of all those other people Sylar killed. Desperate, Hiro enlists Sylar's help to save her in exchange for information on his personal future. However, after the two are reunited, Charlie's blood clot starts to develop into an aneurysm and she comes close to dying.
